Since 2010, Ben has built a career supporting facilities and capital projects across healthcare, heavy manufacturing, Class A office environments, medical device production, and government operations. Known for his reliability and results-driven approach, he brings technical expertise and a strong, team-focused presence to every project. He is a firm believer in working efficiently by making the most of existing tools and technology to simplify processes, improve productivity, and make day-to-day work more effective and enjoyable. With more than a decade of experience using platforms such as Bluebeam, Archibus, AutoCAD, Revit, and ServiceNow, Ben has consistently helped teams manage projects and improve operations through practical digital solutions. While working with the Federal Aviation Administration, he received special recognition for helping create a more accessible digital environment for facility documentation, organizing archived building plans so engineers, architects, and technicians could locate critical information in just a few clicks. He holds degrees in Facility Management, Construction Management, and Technology Management, combining real-world experience with technical knowledge to support complex building systems and operational efficiency.
